With well over 25 years experience we are a well established building and property maintenance company based in the centre of Cambridge.  We undertake all major building works such as extensions, conversions, internal reconfiguration and major refurbishment together with all ancillary requirements such as electrical, plumbing, plastering and decorating.  We carry out this work in Cambridge and the surrounding villages.

Our employees are fully City and Guilds qualified engineers, our Electricians are certified NICEIC registered installers and our Plumbers are also Corgi registered.  Within a few days of contacting us, our engineers will visit you at a convenient time (we find our busy clients usually prefer appointments between 4-6.30pm) they will discuss your needs and ideas and will be able to advise you on such things as planning application requirements, appropriate materials to use, listed building advice and much more.  Following this initial meeting we will supply a written quotation.  All quotations are free of charge and are submitted in a timely manner.
